Way of the Roses Update from Alan

Alan Hambleton Blog 02Training for The Way of the Roses cycle challenge in July is going very well. Well, apart from a puncture and a subsequent 6 mile walk home. Oh, and a tumble while taking a bend at 15mph. The tyres on road bikes have all the durability and grip of an elastic band! Luckily, I came out of it with only some grazing, bruising and a sore hip but the best thing was the bike was unmarked! How that happened I don't know.
